Additional features in the Side menu

Last update: 27.11.2025

1. Cloning the Training section with customization and image selection.

You can add as many "Training" sections as you need and name each one as you wish.

The "Training" section is the most commonly used feature.
Of course, it may be necessary to "duplicate" it in the menu to separate courses by topic.

The advantages of adding additional "Training" sections:
1) You can set different test settings for the default "Training" sections.
2) Use different certificates (designs) for "Training" sections.
3) Use different names for "Training" sections.
4) Set different section icons in the admin menu. Choose from a list of technical support icons.
5) Users will only see the sections in which content is available. Empty sections in the system are not displayed to the user.

For example, you want to have two "Training" sections in the menu:
1) Section #1 - we will place educational programs here. Rename it to "Training."
2) Section #2 - we will place informational programs here. Let's rename it to "Stay Informed," change the section icon, change the certificate, and set other parameters in the standard test settings.

There will always be one "Materials" section (visible only to the administrator). By default, it serves as the database for materials to be posted in programs.

2. Cloning the Explorer partition

The Explorer section is a file manager within the platform, designed with hierarchy, nesting, and navigation in mind. It can store the same types of materials as the Knowledge Base, but its key distinction is the ability to implement up to 10 levels of nesting, store materials outside of directories, and upload a cover image not only for a material but also for the folder containing it.

This way, the Explorer will allow you to more structure your training materials into folders and subfolders. Support for multiple levels of nesting makes it possible to implement large-scale projects. If necessary, you can add multiple Explorer sections to serve different purposes.

This section is new and will be developed further.

3. Link in the side menu.

You can post a link to an external resource. It will only be visible to users within the app.

For example, a link to the company's internal chats.

4. External resource (admin panel).

Displayed only in the admin panel. For example, you can add a link to the web version of the application to always have it at hand.

To add the sections described above, please contact your support manager.

Examples of possible images for sections are shown below (there are many more in the system):
