Ways to register users on the platform

There are several ways to register users in the system:

1. Registration of 1 employee by the administrator.

This method is suitable when you need to register 1 or more employees.

2. Import users.
This method allows the administrator to register a large number of employees already in one file.

It is described in more detail in the article: Importing users.

3. Self-registration of users.

Users can independently register in the application if this module is enabled.

Variations of self-registration work can be as follows:

When registering, users always fall into the same group previously set by the administrator.
When registering, users can independently select groups from the drop-down list. The list of groups is agreed upon and configured in advance.
When registering, an employee enters a code word and gets into the groups that are defined for this code word. Learn more about this method: How to set up auto-assignment of groups.

4. Generation of user accounts.

5. Integration.

The creation, editing, deletion or blocking of employees is performed on our platform, via a file from your internal platform automatically. For example , from 1 s .
This process can be customized by our developers.
Also, the integration process can be configured by developers from your side (if any).
