Grouping users into groups. How do I combine users by common characteristics?

Select users by checking the box in the user line.

Click Assign to Groups in the Actions menu above the list of users.

The categories are deployable. Until the region is selected, there is no way to add a city.

Select groups in the desired categories.

Click Assign and select Done in the confirmation window.

Users will be grouped into the selected groups.
